Terrible hotel, look elsewhere. The first strike was offering luggage storage and then sending me on a harrowing 15 minute hellacious experience as they “Tried” to locate my luggage when I returned to check in. How do you not communicate with each other where you store luggage? (Side note: pretty sure they let me into a room that was occupied by others to “look” for my bag. Great privacy protection they have…) The second strike was the teeeeerible bed. I’ve never complained about a bed in a hotel before and when reading about the complaint about the bed in this place before booking I thought the person complaining must be one of “those” people who always find something to complain about. THEY WEREN'T WRONG. The bed is soooo uncomfortable. It literally made me sore in places. That’s a first for me. The third strike was when there was no hot water on my last night there or the last morning so I got to fly 13 hrs home without a shower. I read a previous review with a management response that said the guests lack of hot water was an “isolated incident” but clearly not since it happened to me too!! How do you just not have hot water for 12 hrs?? Furthermore, the fourth strike was when the fire alarm went off on my last day there at 6am and it took 1.5 hrs to get back in. AND THEN when I went to leave having an urgent train to catch for my last days activity, the front door would not open. There was no manual override and when a member of staff came around to “help” her approach wa
Really good room and service only problem is the noise from other people in the hotel it seemed at some points like our upstairs neighbours were in the room it was so clear
Shiny new hotel but not enough thought has been put into the rooms. Not enough plugs around the room and no mirror / plug to use to dry my hair. No kettle in the room - only a coffee maker.
Large unused space in the room which could have been used for a table and chair. The extraction fan in the bathroom didn’t switch off at all and sounded like a jet engine if you left bathroom door open.
Also the whole “no key” check in didn’t work with the QR Code that i was given so it needed intervention from the staff to get you into their WiFi!
Plus point was an exceptionally comfortable bed
The hotel is very well located and 4 minutes walk from Earls Ct tube station. The staff were very courteous. Exceptionally clean rooms. Would have given them 5 stars but for the issues below....
1. There needs to be foldable luggage stands in the rooms
2. How water doesn't work properly. Woke up at 6 am for the airport and there was no hot water.

The check-in staff were incredibly welcoming. Room was clean, the shower and bed were amazing. Just smaller than a train overnight room, no kettle for tea, no fridge, single pane windows, so…loud
Brand new hotel in Kensington with just a 5 minute walk the Metro. We had a few issues but the staff was kind and very prompt and professional. I would stay there again..
