No staff was evident when I arrived 10 minutes later someone can out from the back and finally checked me in Hotel is comfortable and quiet though they do try to jack you on parking $$$ paying through the hotel over the deck rate

Don’t stay at Hilton
As far as hotels.com, they are a great site to use for booking hotels. There customer service is awesome and help you to find a solution to your problem. The issue is that the hotel itself where I was staying double charged me when I had already paid through the hotels.com website. I don’t know if the staff at the hotel just isn’t trained enough or they are trying to scam people. I had already paid for my stay through hotels.com. I get to the hotel and check in and they tell me I have to pay again because hotels.com was just to reserve the room. I contact hotels.com customer service and they said the hotel was wrong for charging me and they contacted the hotel directly to issue me a refund. I’m still waiting for the hotel to refund me for the double charge that they did to my account. As far as hotels.com I will continue to use. But never stay at the Hilton in Bethesda. They either don’t know what they’re doing or trying to get people to double pay.
