The staff is extra friendly. The hotel was once an elegant place. Now some of the infrastructure is not great, but it is clean and pleasant. And very reasonably priced. I've stayed here several times. Don't expect the Ritz, but it is a good value.

Older hotel, but very well kept with very good amenities. So far, my favorite place to stay when in the Boston area and I've booked several more stays come.
