Waterfront Cottage in Branford

Picturesque waterfront cottage located in the Pawson Park district of Branford, CT. The house is 2,400 sq ft. and sits on .38 acres overlooking where the Branford Harbor meets the Long Island Sound. During the summer months, you will have access to a private dock (seasonal and weather permitting) and mooring that are a quick boat ride away from the Thimble Islands. The house is located close to waterfront restaurants, bars and a walking trail. We promise to provide all the essentials you need to be more than comfortable for your initial stay. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, BEACH AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

New Haven (train station) - 10 miles
Branford Center - 2 miles

Daily and weekly memberships are available at The Owenego Beach and Tennis Club located 1 mile away.

Girls Getaway

The house was perfect for our annual getaway. We are a group of nine women who have been friends for over 45 years. The large well stocked kitchen with amazing view of the water and fireplace made our Friendsgiving meal memorable! The outdoor hot tub, fire pit, and deck with comfy seating topped off the weekend. Great location, plenty of parking, responsive host. 5/5 stars!

Amazing property with spectacular views and sunsets

Our family from Boston and NYC met in the middle at this beautiful location for a Fall long weekend. The lake views did not dissapoint and we were treated to a beautiful sunset all 3 nights. The house is spacious with a dream kitchen and every amenity. The host, David, was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond and very helpful. We hope to visit again!

Great stay on the coast!

Perfect house for a weekend at the coast. Kitchen had everything you would need, rooms were comfortable, no complaints. Great place to sit outside and enjoy the views, house had kayaks/paddleboards to take out on the water. Clean upon arrival, easy check in process. Would stay here again.

Best weekend ever

The house is beautiful! Clean and organized. We had everything we needed and the view is incredible. We enjoyed the deck very much. So relaxing. My daughter (the bride) and her friends enjoyed getting ready there in the morning. I can’t say enough good things about this house.

Pre-wedding family gathering

Really appreciated this house with expansive wall of windows facing the Branford river when we stayed with our family before our son’s wedding! A December wedding but the weather cooperated and we were able to take advantage of the beautiful water vista. Dave was very responsive and flexible. Plenty of space for the groomsmen to get ready all together

The Game #139

This was the most amazing home to stay at. Meticulously maintained by the owner/host. It is clear that this is a special family retreat. There is nothing to want from this place. A wonderful spa retreat with a hot tube to watch amazing sunrises and sunsets. An elegant main bathroom with large soaking tube overlooking the water. A Steam shower worthy of the best destination spas. Kiel bath products. Fully stocked cooking and grilling needs. On top of that a fitness center with rack and treadmill overlocking the water.
