This home was fantastic—fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The owner was wonderful as well. We had a minor issue on Thanksgiving Day, and they immediately sent someone to take care of it. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone.

Great stay for family togetherness

Property was easy to get to and close to a wedding venue in Brookshire. Loved the basket of goodies for the kids. A few things that would have made it even better is if the loud clocks were removed from the bedrooms and if there were curtains in all room to block out the bright sun.

Home was nice. It could of been cleaner. Stains in carpet, washer didn’t work, main bath was dirty with handprints on walls and baseboard and floors were dirty. When there was an issue or concern the property manager was easy to get a hold of. Overall I would give it a 4 stars. Location is great

Poorly maintained home. Problems included garbage trash cans at curb overflowing our entire stay. Furniture broken, beds are the worst! We ended up leaving a day earlier and went to a hotel so we could get good nights sleep without waking up with back pain. Floors left our feet black! This was suppose to be a “charming home” but it was not. I’m so disappointed as I was looking for a VRBO to stay on a regular basis close to Brookshire where my son & his family lived. This house will not be a repeated.

Two Months in Pattinson Worked Out Well

After a thorough search, I selected this ranch home in Pattinson for its proximity to Katy and our grandchildren who we decided to visit for two months. The home had the space and amenities (such as gym equipment, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.) we were seeking to feel comfortable for such a long visit. Our host Grey Grace was very responsive to all of our voice & text communications from early Internet issues (he replaced our router twice in the first two weeks) to replenishing cleaning supplies. My wife and I would recommend this property to anyone seeking a home close to the Katy area with a very professional host!

House was really convenient and nice , we have some minor problem with curtain falling on their own

The only bad experience was when we left , cleaning crew accused us of smoke in the garage and neither me or my wife smoke in our entire life , that was wired
