"For customer service and helpfulness, this has to be the best hotel we have stayed in. Every member of staff we spoke to were really friendly & helpful, but we especially have to thank Joseph & Chyna for making our stay so stress free & enjoyable.
The hotel is very clean & our double room was a great size, with a comfortable bed. I was able to request a feather pillow, which was on our bed when we returned to our room later that evening.
The only problem we found in our room was it was very warm & we were unable to open any windows. We tried to get the air conditioning to blow cool air but it didn't seem to be working. We should have reported this to reception as soon as we noticed, but my husband didn't think anything would have been done about it as it was early Saturday evening.
After breakfast I was walking past the reception area & saw a maintenance man & l mentioned the problem with the air conditioning unit & also the flow of the water in our bathroom & immediately he offered to come up to our room to see if he could help.
We didn't take his name, but again he was so friendly & helpful & he managed to sort both issues out within minutes. 😁
In with the price you get a "free" breakfast, and although the sausages weren't the tastiest I've ever had, they were still edible & the rest of the breakfast was lovely.
The dining area isn't the biggest of areas, but in fairness to the staff, they will clear a table as soon as you ask.
