Upon my arrival, I was greeted with Assistant Manager Tommy and also met with dismissive, rude, and frankly unprofessional behavior. Due to an unexpected event, there was complications but he gave me no apology, and the tone used made it seem as though I had done something wrong, even though I had paid for a full night and followed the prior instructions I was given by phone. To be treated with such disrespect at the front desk was not only disappointing but also entirely unacceptable—especially from a hospitality brand with Hilton’s reputation.

Our stay at the Doubletree was great. We were able to walk to Knotts Berry Farm. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was great.

Fantastic Option-Coming from a Picky Mom

Absolutely amazing, convenient and comfortable stay. Close to everything! Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We added breakfast and it was worth it! Will definitely be back.
