This top-floor condo seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, with 20 feet of sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious 275 sq. ft. terrace, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. The custom-designed dining table can easily be moved outside, while the terrace’s BBQ grill lets you enjoy meals with a view.

Inside, the living area is designed for comfort, featuring a queen sleeper sofa with an AirDream mattress, a 55` Smart TV with HDMI cables for personal devices, and a Blu-ray DVD player. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking, from stainless steel appliances to a wine fridge. The condo also includes a full water filtration system, ensuring all water is safe to drink.

Bedrooms distribution:

No smoking inside the condo. A $200 USD penalty will be charged if this rule is violated. If you wish to smoke, please do so only on the terrace area with the doors closed.
