We were reluctant to stay as there were no reviews. The view is AMAZING, as the pictures don't do it justice. I could live the rest of my days here! haha, the house itself is huge! There were 6 of us and very comfortable as 2 of the bedrooms are downstairs and have separate entrance. The beds are super comfortable with very nice linens. There were plenty of beach toys including stand up paddleboards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs and umbrella to use. The house is situated in a very quiet off the beaten path area, gated and 24 hour guarded subdivision very close to Costco. We found everyone to be very friendly and English speaking. Uber was easy to get on the app, with very reasonable ride rates to downtown approximately $2.00 us dollars. The backyard has a private pool and was spacious for all of us. The house does sit at the end of a cul-de-sac which is likely why it's so quiet. There is a neighbor situated below the house, but we never saw or heard a peep. The house is situated in a way that has maximum view mixed with all the privacy one could ask for. The owner was very quick to answer any questions and made some recommendations regarding a sunset cruise that we all loved! We opted for this stay as an alternative to the typical hotel experience. We will be back and rent this house again soon!
