Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable, plush beds, creating generous and restful spaces to unwind after a day exploring Cabo. The private en-suite bathrooms provide added privacy and convenience, making the home ideal for couples or friends traveling together.



The living space and main bedroom space opens to a private terrace. Enjoy morning coffee in the fresh Baja air or sip on your favorite beverage while watching the sunset. Head up to the private rooftop patio to lounge in the sun, or cool off in the dipping pool after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. For added convenience, the condo also includes in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer.

Guest Access:

The guest will have full access to the entire house, including the private rooftop pool, as well as the community club house infinity pool with gym.



Cabo Costa is a gated and secure condominium complex.

The condo is located in Cabo Costa in the Casa Mexicana area of Cabo San Lucas, a peaceful residential neighborhood just minutes from the best beaches, dining, and activities in Los Cabos.



Nearby highlights include Santa Maria Beach, Medano Beach, world-class golf courses, and the Cabo marina, where you’ll find excellent restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and water excursions.

Getting Around:

While ride services such as Uber and taxis are readily available in Cabo San Lucas, many guests choose to rent a car to explore the area more easily.



The condo is just a short drive to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and downtown Cabo, making it a convenient base for exploring Los Cabos and the surrounding coastline.



Parking is available within the community for guests who choose to rent a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

While this building is complete. This development is still under construction. Construction noise could occur from 8 AM to 6 PM days of week and from 8 AM to 1 PM Saturday.

*The TV in the main bedroom is NOT available for use. The TV in the living room is available with unlimited channels



Pool service typically occurs on Fridays. The pool service company has authorization to enter the rooftop patio if you are not home. Please reach out for rescheduling if you think the service will interfere with your stay.
