Once you worked out how to go from the carpark to the hotel, everything else was seamless and effort free. Staff were eager to help, but you didn't need any help. Everything in the room was as it should be, new condition, clean and well arranged. And the local area was all you could ask for.

Wonderful hotel in Cairns. Very up to date room and great beds. Front desk people were very helpful to suggest places for dinner and other things. Only minor con is that the door on the bathroom, which is frosted glass, does not block all of the light from the bathroom, so it kind of lit up the room early in the morning, disturbing the other person, when the first person got up. That is a minor problem though and should not dissuade staying here.

We enjoyed our apartment here which was easy walking distance to all restaurants and shops in Central Cairns. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Staff were helpful and we enjoyed the pool which was on our floor. Would stay again.

Neat place to stay. We had an urban twin and the room was nice with an amazing bathroom. Really appreciated the little touches of lighting controls bed side, tv casting and refillable water bottles. Lots of discrete storage. Plus the lobby smells amazing!
