The condo unit was clean, spacious and suited our needs perfectly. We particularly liked the ensuite in each bedroom. The host responded quickly to messages. We left a doll there and the host messaged us to let us know that we had left it behind.

We all loved staying here! It was so clean and spacious. Everything was supplied in the home, and it made everything extra cozy. I loved celebrating here with my family. Everyone was so happy with our stay. We can’t stop raving how homey it felt. We loved it so much!!

Lovely location, comfortable beds and plenty of space. Nice big wooden table. This was a group of 5 colleagues and we used the table for a meeting. A few minor details - shortage of coffee mugs and teflon flipper for fry pans. If we had been there for a long stay we would have contacted the host, but for 2 nights it wasn't a major issue.

Wonderful experience

We have a big family together. The oddest one is 84, and the youngest one is only 4. Every one had their favorite room to stay. One of our family members lost his glasses. The host found it in the room and going to mail back to us. Very nice host.

Excellent stay in Canmore for a large group

Perfect location, walking distance to shops and coffee. Multigenerational family stay, spacious clean property where there were places to hangout as a group and everyone had their own sleeping space and ensuite bathrooms.As noted by some reviewers, there were some wear and tear in the property that can easily be fixed, like scuffed walls and loose toilet roll holder, very minor stuff. The other thing to note is that there were many stairs which could be an issue for some elderly guests. The host communication was 5*, when we had issue with the AC and needed the thermostat adjusted, they assisted right away. I would stay there again if we need to rent a place for a big group.

This property was perfect for our needs, clean and spacious. The bedrooms/ensuites gave everyone their own space and plenty of room to get together downstairs. One small issue with door lock was quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend.

Ensuites were great

We really liked that each bedroom had an ensuite. Unit could use a little maintenance, toilet paper holders needed fixed, a few light bulbs were burnt out and the front door handle didn’t work well. Only real complaint is it listed a hot tub, but it is a km walk and you need to pay. The owner offered to pay our passes to the pool. Overall it was a nice big condo and we enjoyed our stay.

Canmore Wedding

In Canmore for daughter's wedding. Location was perfect and condo was perfect. Had an issue with some plumbing and owner immediately took care of it, even being a Canadian holiday. Condo is very nice and plumbing issue simply falls underneath, that "things happen to break at times". Had the issue been know to the owner, I have no doubt it would have been addressed as one can tell the owner takes care of things. Would highly recommend for future stays.gbl

Family gathering

We found the property to be a very good size and layout, with the gathering spaces away for the sleeping areas. Also great was each bedroom having its own on suite. The host was very quick to respond to our communications and any deficiencies. As stated by others the property has a lot of stairs however they were very managable. The location was good for walking to other services and activities. Would give the property a 4.8 for cleaniness, kitchen,bedrooms and bathrooms were acceptable but the family spaces needed a good cleaning for dust (ie baseboards, fireplace mantel, under furniture and beds) We would most definately stay again.

Christmas Week Getaway

We were 2 families with children aged, 11, 12, 15, 16 and 23. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and here are the pros and cons of the house. This was our second visit to the Banff area.Pro: Fantastic location, The pictures represent the house well, everyone had their own space and bathrooms which was fantastic, Laundry on site is a huge plus as is the grill (although we didn’t use it). Communication prior to arrival was fantastic. Cons: There is not enough silverware for a large group of people. There are literally these tiny little baby spoons or extremely large serving spoons. There are no large cooking pots, no stock pots, etc. Prior to check in, I asked if there was a crockpot on site and was told there was. Upon arrival, no crockpot. The TV in the basement was cracked and broken, A lot of the other reviews about minor repair issues are still present. Communication post visit, ghosted. We think we left an article of clothing behind and we can not get a response from the host. This is disappointing.Again, all of these cons didn’t break the trip and we really enjoyed our stay at the house and would stay again, but for the nightly price you are paying I feel like sending a handyman through to correct the minor issues would be beneficial. No the wiggly handle on the refrigerator wasn’t a big deal and we made due with the lack of silverware and glassware, but these items can be corrected with a quick trip to the store.

Christmas in the mountains

Took the family here for Christmas. We had 9 total and it was plenty of room for everyone. Every room had its on en-suite and quite spacious. Only real downfall is if you have older people there is lots of stairs to climb. But it’s a beautiful spot and I would rent again for sure. They even had a tree up for us and a wreath on the door.

Perfect to a great weekend with family

Wonderful Family Weekend

This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom plus lower level sleeping area provided the best accommodation going beyond our expectations. With varying ages of grandchildren everyone loved having bedrooms with lovely attached bathrooms. The main floor area and the living room had ample room to visit. The patios a bonus!! The kitchen is very well supplied and -I should note very comfortable beds and bedding. We look forward to returning!
