Summary:

Breathtaking views, luxurious finishes, a king bed with 5-star linens, a stone fireplace, A/C, books and games, plus complimentary Eclipse, Public Goods and Rocky Mountain Soap Co amenities set this top floor condo apart. Year-round outdoor pool and hot tubs, walk to downtown Canmore with ease. 15-minute drive to Banff National Park.

The Space:

Located 15 minutes from Banff, and approximately one hour from Calgary, this recently renovated home away from home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely patio with seating for four to enjoy the mountain air. Complimentary parking in our secure, heated underground parkade (clearance height 6'5") means you can lock up your vehicle no matter what the weather.



We love where we live, and we love to share it with guests, so when you stay with us we welcome you properly, with added touches such as freshly roasted local coffee. Our apartment is stocked with locally made, 100% natural bath and body products. The entire apartment is kept clean using only eco-friendly cleaning products (no nasty chemicals here!).



Best suited for couples, there is extra accommodation for 1-2 on the sofa bed in the living room if you need it. The heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs are a welcome place to revive sore muscles after a day of adventure, and if you want to work off dinner, there is a small but functional gym in the building.



Canmore offers loads of opportunities for the adventurous and serene alike. Hike, bike, climb, ski, white water raft or canoe, and when you need a little downtime, settle with a picnic blanket and a book in a park besides the river in summer, or cosy up in front of the fire in winter.



This property is zoned by the Town of Canmore for vacation rentals. It does not require a separate business license for 2026.



Guest Access:

The condo is exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay. The pool and hot tubs are shared with other resort guests. Please note that front desk services and hotel staff assistance are not included.



The Neighborhood:

Blackstone Mountain Lodge is located in the main tourist condo area. The local bus is nearby, and there's a bus to Banff and Calgary close by. If you come by airport shuttle the stop is a couple of minutes up the road. This is a licensed, legal condo, so your booking is assured. Coffee shops, liquor store, general store etc. are all 5 minutes walk away.



Getting Around:

Canmore is small and easy to get around on foot, by car or by public transit. There is public transportation within Canmore, and to/from Banff. Information about Canmore Roam Transit timetables are provided in the condo. Public transport within Canmore is free.



Other Things to Note:

The parkade will be closed for upgrades from mid-April through the end of May. During this time, on-site parking will not be available and guests will utilise a shuttle service to a nearby parking lot 500 metres away.



Interaction with Guests:

We are professional vacation managers who live in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay. Talk to us for advice on hiking, biking, skiing, restaurants etc. If you need specific equipment for your stay that you don't want to buy, get in touch and we'll see if we can help.

Gem of a place

Beautiful property clean and cozy and the building was very quiet. View from the balcony was gorgeous and we were lucky enough to have spectacular view of the northern lights. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Perfect location

The property is as pictured, with a good building and a nice unit. It's in a picturesque location with lots of things in driving/walking distance. We were visiting for a wedding so we didn't get to explore a ton but having visited Canmore several times we would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Canmore

This place was really nice and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was nice being right off of the elevator. I thought we would hear everyone walking through the hall, but once inside it was very quiet and that was never an issue. The place is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Jane is great at communication and is quick to respond and so kind. The location of this condo is great and within walking distance to everything. You will be so happy that you booked this place!

The property was exactly as described, check in was flawless, it was a great location to base out of for our hikes and exploring. Only downside was the gym on the premises was a typical small hotel gym with minimal weights and equipment. However there’s a good gym 250metres away so it worked out fine. Overall great spot and excellent host!

Christmas in Canmore

In lieu of Christmas presents I decided to provide an experience for my kids this year. This trip included this beautiful condo, hot tubbing, skiing and hiking! Well worth the change of pace for us!
