Tub was backed up switched rooms for that reason to have the next room do the same with no hot water. Toilet needed cleaning. Staff very short and not friendly. Will never stay nor will i recommend westspring inn.

Room was updated, clean, and staff was extremely friendly upon arrival. I was asked about preference of room on 1st or 2nd floor since it wasn’t too busy. I thought that was an extremely kind gesture from staff.
