Windows lock no working, dirt wall on the room, very strong smell on the room (like mold) and on the corridors (like bleach), restroom's door didn't close well, shower has link and spread water all around and in the sealing too (area with a black spot like mold). We ask another room, but it was worse than ours. Very noise AC. I don't know how Expedia show 8 points, very good on this kind of hotel. Expedia need to make sure the revision is made by real person and reflect a reasonable mean.

It was a business trip, one night. The motel was right next to the airport, meaning, you heard airplanes all night long. That was nit a bother to me, but for some that could be a nuisance. Not only that but the motel was older and not as clean and slick as others I've been in. There were always people standing right outside the front door smoking. I do not smoke. I do not want to smell smoke as I go into a motel. That is why my score is as it is. The lights in the bathroom were obviously OSHA certified not too bright to blind. It's almost as if the lights throughout the whole room were intended to be romantic . And not where you could actually see what you were doing. They were all so damn it was amazing they even left those in. But the at the desk was extremely friendly. And the price was right . I brought my dachshund with me on this trip. They did not mind. One other thing the bed and the pillows were so soft you just sunk down into them. I do not like a super soft pillow or bed.

Super friendly staff. We got better treatment here than a 4-star hotel in downtown Chicago. Yes, amenities may not be as comparable but customer service is topnotch and we really appreciated that, especially after several flight delays.

I like that it’s closer to the airport but the area it’s no safe. Police was in the area doing a intervention during my check in and 2 during my check out. A group of people smoking in the front been loud.

Very impressive modern renovations!

I was impressed with many of the modern renovations, including the new bathrooms/shower. It had a very nice shower wand. Floors were newer lock tile, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable! This was a very nice little property for a quick visit, I would return!

The television malfunctioned, failing to display images as intended. The halls and rooms emitted an unpleasant smell odor like mold. The girl infront was very rude and just seem very frustrated to even talk. Definitely would not go back and rent there.
