The hotel staff that checked me in was very rood! She was on the phone when I came in and she even threw my ID & Key card back at me through the window. They stay here was great but some of the hotel staff need to fix their attitudes and throwing my ID at me along with my keycard was very disrespectful

Room was dirty,people's was fighting and arguing all night long and to get woking up before 11am which is check out time we was woking at 8am to some people working and drilling on the room next to my room this stay was horrible and i would like a refund
