Room was not clean, there was a large glob of toothpaste in the sink handle. Needs serious updating. That being said, beds were comfortable.

Price reflects on quality and cleanliness of room. The sheets were stained and it was definitely blood stains after being washed. The room smelled bad. All bedding was stained, shower curtain . Even the towels. And when I went to exchange the sheets, front desk seemed annoyed that she had to go and search for sheets. She gave me a set of sheets that ended up not being the right size and when I came back she still seemed annoyed and said that she had no idea what size the sheets were and it’s a housekeeping deal . She told me to check for myself if it’s the right size. When literally if you just check the tag on the sheet, it says what size they are. We only stayed despite these problems because it was already paid for and proximity to our events.

The hotel was severly dilapidated, smelled and had not been cleaned properly. I found a pill on the floor. The shower curtain rod was held up by zip ties.

Will never come to this establishment. There was a snow storm and couldn’t make it. They didn’t refund me nor even tried to change the reservation date and all the hotel did was blame Expedia for the inconvenience

Room was absolutely disgusting and smelled like smoke even though i booked a smoke free room. All the sheets, blankets, and pillows had stains. There were crumbs and wrappers throughout the room.
