Marriott has made this property truly a 4 star hotel. The front desk staff were wonderful, kind and helpful and the pool/hot tub are gorgeous. Asado had amazing food and the staff there was also so friendly and helpful! It's right off the expressway and shopping and dining in Rosemont would be a 5 min drive. My husband and I will be back that is for sure. Thanks Renaissance!!

It was nearby shopping, clean, easy to locate. I was disappointed that they did not have any in room movie rental which when booked online thru Travelocity was stated included. I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel.

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude to my husband and made the check in process very difficult. Another member behind the desk wanted to assist but she prevented them from doing so and laughed at my husband when he tried to ask clarifying questions. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Very friendly and professional staff. The location is excellent if you are landing or leaving Chicago O’Hare airport. The room/suite was clean and the bed was comfortable. If you are up for a good walk, Mariano’s grocery/deli is nearby. I highly recommend lodging at this location. The price through Travelocity was less than nearby competitors, and at that, the Renaissance over-delivered in quality.

The hotel is beautiful and rooms are spacious. We arrived during a blizzard, flight cancelled and had to find accommodations quickly. Unfortunately, the shuttle wasn’t running due to weather. No taxis or Uber. Had to beg a stranger to give a ride to hotel. Not the hotel’s fault - just added to frustration level. No cable, also due to weather. No food delivery options... the staff handled the frustrations of the guests like champs! They remained calm, friendly and did everything they could to help accommodate! I would stay again.
