Lovely place to stay. It's on a busy noisy street, but as soon as you walk in you feel the quiet and quality. Friendly staff. Decent gym though it lacked mats.

Spacious for Family of 5

Very nice, accomodating staff. We had a spacious one bedroom suite on the west side of the hotel on 7th floor so had room for our family of 5 and we slept well and without disruption from the elevated train on the east side of the hotel. Easy walk to Grant Park, Millenium Park. Great stay!

Really appreciated all of the staff there. Victor and all the others at the front desk, the catering / functions manager very kindly find me somewhere I could work on my laptop cos my room was one of a few that didn’t have a desk. This is where you want to stay!

Beautiful property and rooms. Location is absolutely perfect and central to everything. The rooms were clean and well-kept, the front desk responsive and friendly, and we slept soundly at night and did not hear any noise from trains or cars. We would definitely stay here again!
