My visits to this hotel are always pleasant. Vanessa is a joy to see; she is both helpful and kind, along with the other staff members. The quality is great for the price.

There were hairs on the pillow and smells weird. It’s obvious they’re not cleaning well. I didn’t sleep well and wanted to go to another hotel if I could.

I requested a king bed suite just to be told none of these rooms have couches in the living room area. And the shower head in the bacterium was terrible. The water was shooting out everywhere. I travel for work and leisure monthly and I have never experienced this. It was very disappointing. I spent an extra $100 over another room that would’ve actually been a true suite because this hotel brand is better in my opinion. The website says there is a Bedroom, living room, and kitchen. There is a dresser and TV facing a wall where you can tell a couch once was. Very disappointing. I have sleep apnea so I need the living room and bedroom separate so when it’s time for bed I can go to sleep easily. If this was the case I could’ve gotten their cheaper studio room.

Disappointing.

I was turned away saying I could not stay there due to some information not provided to me by the hotel. The man at the front desk, while polite, did not want to find a way to assist me.
