Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend anyone to stay there. Check in took 3 rooms before they gave us a room with nobody in it. No face cloths, stained sheets, furniture with holes in it, room not vacuumed, jacuzzi tub with jets not working, a/c didn’t work at night and sweat like crazy, mirrors not cleaned, fire alarm went off at 3:30 am. I will never set foot in that place again. Absolute nightmare. Talked to 3 other people there and they had the same check in problems and their a/c not working at night as well. Not just us complaining about this hotel. Needs updating badly. Should have read reviews. Nothing good to say at all about this place.

Room had mold around the tub, nails we sticking up from under the carpet near the bathroom, there were toe nail clippings around the bed. Roof looked like it was going to cave in and the carpets were stained as well as bedding. Ac was turned off on a day that was 32 degrees so going into the room was a sweat box. Turned ac on and it didnt push much air. Kept the room at a hardly tolerable tempature.We brought our own blankets inside to lay on and use. For 140 bucks a night you would think they place would be in better shape. Middle of the night someone pulled the fire alarm. Wouldnt stay here again

Was not notified of them not having an infant crib available as requested . It stated in the listen they had them. I requested floors be cleaned as they were filthy , and they were not cleaned . Also asked for garbage bags and there was none left either . The room was very musty smelling . And service was not great.

The pool and hot tub area were nice. Very clean and the pool was very warm. The kids had a great time swimming. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast spread was sparse but sufficient.

An adventure

Needs an upgrade and some serious renovations. Did not feel comfortable walking in bare feet. Bedding was probably clean but stained. Smell of mould, looks like water damage could be the cause of that. Ironically had a good sleep as the bed was comfortable and room was quiet.
