"Overall, our stay was just okay. It had been a while since our last trip to Las Vegas, and unfortunately, the city seems to have lost a lot of its charm. Everything feels incredibly expensive now, it was 8 USD for a drip coffee and $4 for a bottle of water. The Linq promenade is where all the most reasonably priced food and drinks can be found on the strip. The hotel experience also felt very impersonal. Check-in lines were long, with only a couple of staff members available, while guests were strongly encouraged to use the self-service kiosks. Between self check-in, self check-out, and limited staff interaction, it often felt like customer service had taken a back seat. The room itself was fine, but we were surprised there was no fridge. On top of that, tip prompts seemed to start at 20% everywhere, and the mandatory resort fee was frustrating since we never used any of the included amenities and couldn't have the fee removed. From what we understand, this is the “budget” friendly hotel. To be fair, this doesn't seem unique to this hotel and it appears to be the Vegas experience these days. Still, constantly feeling nickel-and-dimed throughout the trip took away a lot of the fun and excitement that used to make Las Vegas feel special."
