Ambience of the hotel was beautiful. Our only complaint was with housekeeping. When we arrived, the toilet was dirty and the shampoo dispenser was empty. Two days later, they left us clean towels but no washcloths. The attention to important details was lacking.

We stayed in a tower room. The room is clean. The hotel was very nice. Luxor is my favorite hotel due to the location. Everything was fantastic. Check in process was fine the baggage process was fine- great stay!
