Waited over 4 hours for our room to be ready. Bathroom was dirty and toilet clogged up on first use. The self parking is horrible you have to walk a good 10 min to get to the parking.

I’ve stayed here dozens of times. Somehow this time seemed less inviting overall. Between the leak in the lobby ceiling to the nickel and diming over every little thing it just was less satisfying. Nothing really terrible but I didn’t feel thrilled by the experience as I’m accustomed to.
