Loved everything about this Hotel, room was absolutely nice and comfortable, very clean. Staff very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, smooth check-in and check-out, the shopping and dining was great as well, especially the hidden bar. Will definitely come back and stay again.

"A few issues. Check in was on line and so complicated had to get help several times. Towels in room substandard and had no hand towels. Major dirt behind furniture.
The "pool area" was not operational even though it was advertised as open.
When we tried to get a taxi to get to the airport, had to wait a half hour for the bell hop to be able to get a taxi to actually come there.
Costs at stores and restaurants were phenomenally high, but that seems par for the course in Vegas."
