All in all we were very pleased with the property, location and being on the lake! We do take exception for the following:1) Our check-in was delayed by 2 hours due to the previous renters leaving a terrible mess, so we were told. When we checked in, the property was clean!2) At check-in, it was noted the master bathroom lights were not functioning and owner would be back to fix. 3 days later after a reminder, the lights were finally fixed.3) Went to use the oven one day and the house filled up with smoke from being filthy.4) The backyard and garage is extremely cluttered.For the most part we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

We definitely enjoyed the house. Sunsets were magnificent. The upstairs master was amazing, although we did not use it. As SR's we decided not to climb the stairs when there was a nice size bedroom on the main floor. What made it special was the fact our son lives about one mile away, and the drive along the shore line was always great. Thanks Sam, nice meeting you. Will contact you on our next visit! Great space. Water was shut off because of city workers screwing something up. Would have helped if owner had supplied water so we didn’t have to boil it to brush our teeth and clean coffee cups. Other wise great place

Florida Sunset

The property was very clean and well maintained. The only issue that we had was a lack of linens and supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Sam ordered some towels and wash cloths from Amazon but we received them on Sunday Night, we checked out on Monday morning. We weren’t able to regulate the A/C unit, it was either extremely hot or extremely cold, which is why I needed a blanket. Sam is a good host and he will correct the issues for future renters. The location is great.

lakeside retreat

This was a great house to stay in while visiting my mom nearby. It is close to all necessary services. The house has spacious sleeping spaces and spacious public spaces. the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

Great Stay!

Sam has a great place in a great location! The house is beautiful and the furniture/beds were so comfortable! Would 100% recommend this home to anyone and everyone! I’ve got a close friend that lives near by and will be staying here again for sure!

We had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property during our recent visit to Clermont for the Great Floridian Triathlon race, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was just perfect for our race weekend. What really stood out for us was the dock just across the street. Not only was it a convenient spot to relax and unwind, but it also offered breathtaking sunset views that left us in awe. Every day, we enjoyed leisurely walks in the neighborhood, taking in the serene surroundings and friendly atmosphere. One morning, we decided to walk into town and had breakfast at our favorite place, the Clermont Cafe. The accommodations themselves were comfortable and well-equipped, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Clermont, and without a doubt, we’ll be booking this VRBO property again. If you’re looking for a fantastic place to stay in Clermont, we highly recommend it. Thanks for making our visit memorable!
