"We were glad that we went during slow season so that we could thoroughly enjoy the tranquility of the property. There were enough guests to provide company without it every being busy or over crowded as since all-inclusives are known to be. Diverse restaurants, the staff were very hospitable and you could see they're like a happy family. We had a couple of minor maintenance challenges but they were handled well. We did much of nothing and just lazed around but it was enjoyable. We never left except to take the shuttle down to the very chic Beach Club. Definitely a memorable visit."
