Nice hotel, clean, and great staff. The restaurant was closed. It was a primary reason why I selected that hotel however, it was still a great stay. I suggest having refreshments throughout the day especially if the restaurant/bar is closed.

I chose Harbaorside from what I read on your website. We liked the idea of a free shuttle to a number of destinations as we came with no transportation. Also important was a breakfast (continental) was ok but I felt that with a restaurant we could have good food. No restaurant open. As a former flight attendant our hotels if they had no food would always provide menus from nearby establishments that would deliver food to the hotel. A suggestion for you. Otherwise we were satisfied with our stay.

The hotel could definitely use a remodel especially the bathroom. The ceiling tile above the shower had stains and there was a big hole and some smaller ones. Definitely needs a remodel. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again until it’s remodeled.

Nice room, comfy bed… but the walls clearly missed the memo on privacy. I could hear my neighbors’ whole conversation and whoever they had on speakerphone! Add in the hallway soundtrack, and it felt like I booked a group stay without knowing it. Great place if you like company, not so much if you like sleep. Rest, hotel was conveniently located a few minutes away from Gaylord convention center and area felt safe.

Great location!!!! MGM 3 mins. , Tanger outlet 5 minutes ,the National Harbor 3 minutes , DC Wharf 15 mins. and National monuments and museums 15 minutes away. Staff was very friendly, hotel very clean and shuttle very covient. Things to be aware of : walls were thin, but kept TV on that fixed that. And breakfast was a little lighter than I like, but the orange juice ,coffee and danishes were very delicious. Especially the coffee.
