Clean and quiet room, secured floor access to rooms and wonderful staff and housekeeping. Our only issue was how dim the lighting is in the rooms. My wife and I had a lot of issues preparing for an event. Some brighter lighting availability would help a lot for doing make-up, hair and shaving. the light only seems to shine in certain areas and it's very difficult to see what your are doing when getting ready.

We traveled in a Sprinter van which was 11 feet tall had to park in another parking lot 6 blocks away. Manager made arrangements to park in a lot that would accommodate this vehicle.
