THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING IN THE SUBURBS!

Don't stay here. They charge you $7 to park in the suburbs with a giant Walmart parking lot next door. Talk about a money grab.

Our room smelled so smoky, the receptionist sprayed a neutralizer to help. But as soon as we turned off the air conditioner, the room would smell smoky again. This was a non-smoking room. We dealt with it. But I feel when you use 3rd party booking for discount prices. Hotel accommodations are sub par.

Pit stop, Not Woodlands style

Quick stop on our way to cruise out of Galveston. Was hoping for a little nicer being set in the woodlands. Musty smell when you walked in and if it was a smoke-free hotel, there was definitely cigarette smoke coming from the 3rd floor. Elevator was small and made clanging noises between each floor so we held our breath each time. Breakfast was average but with choices. (Kids were happy) And I will say that the beds/sheets felt clean at least. $7 to park overnight (didn’t remember reading this before booking) It served its purpose but I’d opt for somewhere else next time.
