Staff was nice and graceful, but room was neglected from a maintenance standpoint. Cracked paint, stained lamp covers, cracked mirrors, trash in halls, cockroaches, and non-working TV remotes. I would have complained but I was very tired after traveling most of the day, was only staying a night, and needed to get up early.

The room was clean. Had extremely noisy neighbors. Playing loud music until after 2am. House keeping came knocking on our door at 9:30 am expecting us to leave when checkout isnt until 11am.grrrrr. had to rush to finish packing our stuff so we could get out. Breakfast was only toast and dry muffins plus juice and coffe. Ciuld have at least had donuts. 2am.

The room only had one desk chair that was in rough condition. No coffee maker in the room. No cups or glasses in the room. Very rude maid manager pounded on my door 1 hour before checkout and would not say who she was. When I opened the door with security lock on her face was against the door in that crack.

I had a wonderful experience at Super 8. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Although I had an unfortunate issue with one of the rooms, they immediately took care of it by moving me to another room without any hassle. Martha and Wes were especially attentive and guided me through the whole process, making sure I felt comfortable and supported. The rooms themselves are very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. On top of that, the prices are more than reasonable, especially considering the area. Thanks to the staff’s hospitality and the quality of the accommodations, I truly enjoyed my stay and would return!

The room lacked basic make ready maintenance like basic paint and cleaning. There was a dirty towel behind a bedside table that the cleaning team must have overlooked. I noticed on the first night of my stay that the tv powered on but i was unable to get any cable input so, like any normal person i attempted to contact the office via the room phone. Whelp, i guess i should not have been shocked but it also did not work. I stopped by the office on my second night of the stay to ask the staff if maybe there was a special way to get the direct tv system to actually work in my room but was told that the maintenance crew was off campus and it couldn't be looked at until the following day. Sadly, the young woman showed zero concern nor any empathy or a simple apology for the inconvenience. The rate per night was excellent, especially considering the holiday weekend! Beyond that, I believe the owners should possibly take some time to perform the necessary cleaning and upgrades that would make customers want to revisit their facility.
