All day there was someone literally running around the room above me for 2 days. Room phone did not work, used cell to call front desk and the noise still did not stop. I was unable to sleep after working night shift.

Had a good location, breakfast was not really even there unless you like cereal and juice. The light switch in the room was broken.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Allowed an extra hour for checkout. Rate was great. Clean and felt safe.

Super clean, and modern. Had everything I needed! Ac worked great! Night staff guy was super sweet! Bed was nice and comfy. Big size shower was a plus!

The property itself was clean. However, the manager was a total jerk. It’s advertised as they have a pull out couch or roll away bed, which isn’t exactly true. First they told me it was up to the manager whether they had it or not, then told me they’d have to charge me $15 extra for the rollaway. Then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have any because they had given them all away already

When taking a shower the shower the water flooded the bathroom. Almost fell coming out of shower. Had to put towels down to soak up. Then told the housekeeper and they stated that they have told management and nothing has been done. So we told clerk behind desk and all was said is in sorry and will contact a plumber. No remorse or care. And this is a brand new hotel. And to top it all the orange juice dispenser was out of order so breakfast was a flop.
