The property is perfectly nestled along the cozy bicycle path towards the beach.



With great natural lighting and a beachy yet still urban vibe we are so much into these recently furnished apartments opened September 2023.



The Space:

At first sight there is a cozy buzz from the outdoor cafe guests hanging out in front of the building. The cafe closes at 7PM/19H and as the building is mainly used for offices you get to enjoy peace and quiet evenings in your modern hotel apartment.



A TOUR OF THE PLACE

From the street entrance take the big elevator to the 4th floor where all 16 hotel apartments of the property is situated along the nice hallway.



In the apartment entrance area you can hang your overcoat and leave your luggage.



To your left the full kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice breakfast before heading out to explore. Nespresso machine with 10 biodegradable capsules, stove, micro and regular oven combo, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer and a washer and dryer for dirty laundry.



Further on the living space opens up with a dining table for four and a comfortable sofa that unfolds to a high quality queensize (160x200cm) bed. Watch flow TV or download any app to watch your preferred show on the 43” Samsung smart TV with free Netflix account.



A sliding door separates the living space from the cozy bedroom. There is a kingsize (180x200cm) bed with a hypoallergenic pillow selection and warm fluffy comfy’s for those cool Scandinavian nights.



Big windows provide lots of natural light and open for fresh air. All windows have blinders.



The door to the bathroom is situated by the entrance. The cool and functional bathroom with floor heating, local tiles and a spacious shower perfects this smart apartment.



The Neighborhood:

The apartments are situated right by the healthy cafe Wullf & Konstali, the most popular stop, along the walk and cycle trail to the highly acclaimed and awesome beach area of Copenhagen called Amager Strandpark.



Strolling the residential area you instantly feel the city planners idea of mixing urban and relaxed. With great restaurants and popular cafe concepts popping up around each corner the neighbourhood is finally starting to feel finished.



Metrostop Øresund five minutes away makes this a perfect location for visitors, with only three stops to the city center and the airport, in each direction. Into This Place founder Jacob and his family calls this area home sweet home. This could easily turn into your favourite area of Copenhagen as it has for many locals and visitors.
