Everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out if there was an airport shuttle, but other than that it’s a great stay close to the airport. As others have said, they have a surprisingly bountiful breakfast buffet that is worth price.

Booked for easy access to airport but area is a bit dodgy. ended up taking the taxi instead of walking due to safety vibe. In fact there was a police incident right across the street while we were checking in. First room offered smelled off and we requested another room which was better. convenient to Netto grocery (across the street)

Very old room with no amenity. Wall is thin so I could hear people talk and slam their doors. Check in people were nice but when we checked out early in the morning, no one was at the front desk- waited for 10 min to find out the guy was outside and no apology to us. I don’t recommend this hotel at all

Very old, tired and scruffy. This is at best a 70's building probably last renovated in the 90's. No aircon and opening the window means you hear the airport and creates a weird "howling" of air through the door to the room. The room smelled funky, bed was so thin soft and tired it gave a very poor sleep. Only redeeming feature were the polish guys working the bar area - they tried really hard. One to miss unless you're on a really tight budget

The room looks old and quite basic. It is not a well maintained property. While the lobby looks okay the rooms leave much to be desired. The carpet is badly stained and bathroom looks old. The facilities have provided for the high price charged is disappointing. There is no airport shuttle and there is no public transport to get there easily so one ends up shelling a lot of money on taxis

Very handy for airport and metro. Hotel a bit tired around the edges but staff and service were excellent. Lots of dining options around, sea is 10 min walk away for open water swimming and great running routes. Did everything we needed it too.

Ok, nothing to rave about

Booked because close to airport and had a shuttle. No shuttle. Rooms clean but dated could use some extra upkeep and a new coat of paint down hallways. No mini fridges in rooms, medication kept in glass pitcher with ice..Disappointed as did not meet expectations for a BW +. Johan was accommodating and personable.

Stay away from this dirty hotel

Dirty rooms. Our room had so many carpet stains all over. So disgusting. The bathroom door had the metal door protector peeling off on top of the door. No a/c in rooms. Only a small portable fan was provided. We can open 2 windows but we were on the 6th floor which isnt ideal when you have a young child in room as no security measures are in place to not fall out, no screens, no bars to prevent this. When you walk towards the front entrance, the hotel front entrance smells of pee and cigarettes. I asked if i could leave 1 luggage and was told yes i can. When i arrived to do this, the employee at the front desk was refusing to allow this even though the door is marked luggage storage. They were saying no as they thought someone could put a bomb in a luggage. They said to me, things that go tick tock. Wth is this! So unprofessional! The only good thing is the breakfast was decent with good variety. No ice box on floors. No mini fridge in rooms. On top of that, this hotel is near airport and city center is opposite direction, still paid a lot of money for this rundown hotel.

While the front desk clerk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, we found the room to be wholly uncomfortable. The bed was way too soft. The bedside lamps while present were not plugged in, with no clear place to plug them in. The light switches in one instance caused some lights to strobe and could not be turned off without removing the room powering key. The bathroom tub was elevated without handrails or any means of ensuring safety for getting in and out of the tub. My partner decided not to risk a fall and refused to use the shower. While I did use the shower, there was no way to prevent water from getting all over the floor. The pipe under the sink seemed to be emptying into this drain area, but was not fully attached. Thankfully we had only booked for one night before our flight home the next day.

I thought the breakfast was overpriced. We stayed at the Cabinn for several days there breakfast was half the price and much better. I have used Best Western Plus frequently and the breakfast has always been included. hey only had one luggage cart for the whole large hotel, totally inadequate.
