The bar, restaurant and cleaning staff was excellent, the bar staff ensured I learned about some of the local things to do while Efi at breakfast was friendly and welcoming and to the the cleaning staff - Sandra always made sure my room was immaculate. Thank you and see you again next time I am in Copenhagen.

Good conference or business hotel

Great stay. Good location if you like to swim or run though it’s far from central attractions by comparison. Overall the stay was fine but I did notice the spa area wasn’t well cleaned or maintained (often flooded) and there was poor security (when I asked for a new key twice no one checked my ID). F&B is fine and reliable but not very inventive or Danish. Coffee in lobby was often cold and guests should be given access to the espresso machine / not have to pay for it. Bikes are convenient but very overpriced. Many conferences and things happen there so lobby is often busy.

Amazing location, very comfortable bed, and service is extremely good as the staff is polite, professional & helpful. Also hotel has an amazing lobby with nice view. Only thing is that the condition can be better as the building is quite old, still well maintained though.

Room looked bland and unexceptional on entering but actually it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very good and the pillows divine. Bathroom dated but functional. Great view of the water and the canoeists/swimmers.

First morning I some to a gurgling toilet and a bowl full of someone else's "waste." Staff cleaned it promptly but every morning it gurgled again although it just made the water drain slowly or sometimes water came up through the sink drain. However, for the price, I should have plumbing that works.

Excellent hotel with some flaws

Great hotel in need of an upgrade, not least in showers in the hotel rooms which are not only out of date but dangerous in the deep step from a slippery bath to bathroom floor. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast but lunch and dinner expensive for what is served. Excellent location
