We enjoyed our 5-night stay in a charming corner suite with sitting area, nice bath, and a beautiful, comfortable bed made in high thread content sheets and duvet. Staff, particulary Thorsten and Mariele (sp?) were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and charming. They made our visit with our goddaughter even more convenient. Our room was cleaned daily, even on days we were late getting, out with fresh towels and nice amenities. Our only complaint is a bit of difficulty obtaining ice from the restaurant. No room services were offered in our room, so morning coffee was procured at starbucks and pastries from Skt Peders Bageri. Delicious assortment available to enjoy inside or carryout We had a lovely dinner La Donna, which we could see, cared auwywyyÿšwh

Copenhagen Marathon 2025

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. They provided workspace and searched for best available rate when we extended our stay. Restaurant staff provided wine glasses and opener in the lounge graciously. The location is fantastic and the service impeccable. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel in central location

We had a very pleasant stay in a light filled room with roof balcony access. Service was great, the restaurant was beautiful with great food and location was very central. We would happily stay again.

Great location

The hotel is a perfect base from which to explore Copenhagen. The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming. Only downsides we didn’t like the internal rooms and difficult to get bar service in the evening. Will definitely return.

We had a well equipped family room on the 2nd floor over looking the inner courtyard restaurant. The room was small but very clean, and modern. The hotel is perfectly located for lots of tourist attractions and transportation links Our only disappointments were the noise/music from the restaurant in the evening (until midnight) it wasnt loud enough to stop us sleeping but was noticeable each night. For us the beds werent the comfiest (they were too soft and the pilliws were too) however we appreciate this is personal preference. We had a wonderful few days in Copenhagen and would absolutely stay here again!

Major Romance Points ❤️

Overall a very beautiful and wonderfully located hotel. If you want to score some major romance points with your partner this is the hotel for it. Think lots of shades of pink and floral. It's very well revamped while holding on to lots of retro / old school charm and there are two gorgeous places to eat within the hotel. My only complaint is that there was no barrier from the shower floor with the rest of the of the bathroom floor so it was really difficult to not get water absolutely everywhere. There was also very little space for toiletries around the sink. Other than those two issues I really enjoyed my stay.
