This hotel ticks all the boxes and we stayed on the 6th floor with great views of the central station and Tivoli. We had some issues with noise from the renovations starting well before the advertised 9am and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful to compensate us in a number of ways which we were incredibly grateful for. The rooms are large, have wonderful products in the bathroom and there is good storage space. There was a mini fridge in the room also. Having been to Copenhagen before a number of times this is now our go-to hotel. Conveniently located, with short walks to Meatpacking District, Stroget for shopping and all the main attractions. The metro is also easy to access and not expensive which we used a few times. Breakfast at this hotel is very nice, and they cater to all needs. You can order from a menu or help yourself to fruits, cereals, pastries, cheeses and hot foods. The omelette and greek yoghurt off the menu were our favourite choices.

Great location opposite Tivoli and near both the train and metro for easy access to the airport. Great service. Only negative is there is only one coffee machine so it takes ages to get a drink at breakfast

We felt somewhat disappointed with our stay at the Raddison Collection Royal - two main areas that need attention are the cleanliness of the rooms ( everything from the aircon to the curtains have layers of dust) and the breakfast (both service and food selection needs improvement).

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the train station and public transportation, making it easy to get around. It is also within walking distance of the city center, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
