Well deserved one star
We were supposed to get a city view” asked to switch, no accommodations. The parking was $40 as if you were paying to get into Disneyland, might as well get a more expensive hotel that’s actually worth your money. Bathrooms had no lock or fan. No microwaves in room you have to go to a different floor. You can hear everything out the hallways. The couches were hard, the only nice thing was the bed. Service was “meh” no one there really cares about their guests. This was an anniversary, honestly the experience does not back up the well known hotel name. Very displeased, you even have to pay extra for WiFi. Never again.
