"Lovely hotel, & room. Clean & tidy, modern esthetic. Two issues one minor being that the bedlinens did not reflect a high end hotel, cheap Chinese sheets etc. The major issue was that a buffet breakfast for 3 (self-serve) was $172 for 3 people which is a rip off by the hotel. My elderly parents hardly ate anything, & there was little service except juice & coffee. Really was a letdown after the excellent reception & room."

"Room appeared a good size, clean and inviting. As the visit progressed the shine wore off - shower with broken control only produced scolding water, noise from other rooms incredibly loud, and when finally awake in am found my mattress full of blood stains from bed bugs Mattress clearly showed evidence of attempts to clean prior with fresh blood stains on top. Clearly hotel aware of issue prior or should have known given large amount of stains. Completely dismissed when brought to the attention of front desk staff. Very disappointing and a danger to the public. Note: i work for Public Health in another city and will file a report. In my opinion the hotel is negligent in providing a safe environment for customers."
