Andrew at the front desk is excellent! With his client service excellence, he should be in upper management. I would recommend this stay 💯 very clean, comfy beds, great linens, quiet and love the reading nook with chaise. This is a wonderful place and will be our go to every time.

We needed a band aid and they gave us one. The room was really clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was very good. It is a hidden gem. We will be staying there again.

Awful! The walls are so thin you can hear everything! TV’s, housekeeping yelling down the halls & I do mean YELL! Every single day I had to hear the staff laughing, yelling at each other, even wheeling each other around & taking pics on top of crates! Crates because the place is under renovation! Which wasn’t mentioned. One guest yelled down the hall for them to shut up! But they laughed, literally laughed at her. I was there 8 days & only asked for my room to be cleaned 2. They missed my room one of those 2 days. Even with the request hanging on my door. Prob too busy riding around on crates while taking selfies. I asked for a working iron, mine wasn’t. It took 2 trips, the 2 other ones also didn’t work. Power went out while I was there. They had no TV, they had to buy a fire stick, no food service. Front desk staff were great. The white/ male day manager didn’t want to be bothered even to say hello. This was truly a nightmare!! Rates def do not reflect the renovations! I have already expressed to my traveling friends to stay away! Anywhere but the Southlake Hotel!!
