Featuring a bright and open floorplan, the living and dining areas offer dual sliding glass doors that frame the unobstructed views and lead to the oceanfront entertainment patio, a great space to entertain, relax and enjoy dramatic sunsets. Other quality features include recessed lighting, ceiling fans and custom window coverings. Home has been re-piped and has a tankless water heater. Convenient direct access 2 car garage.

This luxury vacation rental offers premium materials and modern amenities including leather furniture in the general living spaces and spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage for longer stays. GREAT ROOM, KITCHEN & DINING: The spacious two-story floor plan features modern furnishings including a large, comfortable couch, side chair, fireplace, coffee table, and a large flat screen TV. The chef’s kitchen has been remodeled to incorporate a two tiered, wrap around island with plenty of granite countertop space and extra seating. Featuring high-end appliances, including a 48" dual fuel double oven range and Broan professional range hood.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: This luxury town home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 full bathrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom suite offers a Cal King bed, flat screen TV & separate closet and dressing area with walk in closet. The unobstructed sliding door in the primary bedroom leads to a walkout balcony where you can sit and enjoy the harbor views. There is a separate desk space in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom offers a full-size murphy bed with walk in closet, and the third bedroom offers a queen bed with walk in closet. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom. All bathrooms feature an optional bidet.

OUTDOORS: The white-water view from the patio downstairs and the balcony upstairs from the primary bedroom is breathtaking! A glass of wine at sunset, a light ocean breeze, and you’ll never want to leave! There is a hedge on either side of the patio framing your personal HARBOR VIEW which also provides visual privacy from your neighbors.

MANAGEMENT: Very clean and professionally managed. Vacation Concierge is locally available should you have any questions, issues or concerns that come up during your stay.

SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. Guest must have an adult(s) 25 years or older staying at the house during the term of the rental agreement.

OTHER ATTRACTIONS: HARBOR VIEW is just up the road from the O.C. Dana Point Harbor and downtown Dana Point and it’s just a short 15-minute drive into the beautiful and 'artsy' seaside town of Laguna Beach to the north or the quaint surfside beach community of San Clemente to the south It’s also conveniently located and within a short 10-minute drive (or a 30 minute bike ride for the more adventurous types) from the historic San Juan Capistrano where the Mission San Juan Capistrano and the quaint Los Rios District is surrounded with charming antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries. There’s even a petting zoo for the smaller members of your family!

The city of was named after the headland of Dana Point, which was in turn named after Richard Henry Dana, Jr., author of ‘Two Years Before the Mast’, which included a description of the area. Dana described the locale, including neighboring San Juan Capistrano, as "the only romantic spot on the coast". There is a replica of Dana’s ship, The Pilgrim, located near the Ocean Institute in the Dana Point Harbor. The Pilgrim is used as a classroom by the Ocean Institute. Awesome view, and wonderful townhouse

Awesome view of ocean, white cap waves, surfers, umbrellas on beach, and boats from the harbor. Very relaxing. We really enjoyed using the pickleball court and pool at the club house. The townhouse is well appointed, very comfortable. Looks like it was remodel recently and has new kitchen appliances, everything you need.

Doheny Condo

We had some second thoughts about booking this home after reading the only review of the property. We were pleasantly surprised that we experienced nothing like the issues of the previous reviewer. It is a new listing on VRBO and a few things need to be done to make it even better. The fire table outside was old and was stuck on low and would blow out frequently from the wind. Servicing the table and installing a glass wind guard would solve this. Also the BBQ was old and the cover didn’t fit. In the kitchen a blender would be helpful along with more items such as pot holders, measuring spoons, cheese grater, and bbq tools. Owner might want to check the instant hot water heater. On several occasions, the shower got cold after 6 or 7 minutes of use. I would rate this house in its current condition 8.0 out of 10.

Overall the views were great of the Ocean and great location. The living area furniture needs to be e to placed as you could not sit on them as springs were coming through leather. We have lived in area for 8 years and understand ants but the house was infested both upstairs & downstairs. We had to constantly put traps our and spray but that did not help as they are in the walls of home. They need to have a regular treatment by a service but they do not have. I would not stay here again unless this is corrected as they were also in the beds. I notified management of the problem.
