Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this BW. The staff was helpful, despite the issues with my declined Debit card that were immediately solved. Room was okay. AC and the fridge might be a little noisy for someone who has issues with sleeping.

The shower is my room had a random used soap bar and razor inside the shower. This just shows me it’s not being cleaned how it should be and when I notified the front desk, the guy told me there’s nothing we can do but document it for housekeeping.

Sus políticas de reservación son para propio beneficio, no para bienestar de los huéspedes. No dieron ninguna opción, perdí la reservación y mi dinero.
