Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Upon entering the room and then going to the bathroom, I found the toilet bowl full of urine and toilet paper. I got there late at night so I didn’t bother contacting the staff. The room although the air-conditioning/heat was said hi the room was terribly cold. I wanted an extra blanket, but wasn’t able to get one that late at night. The hotel needs a redo a lot of not so great conditions although clean things needed to be upgraded. Towels were very thin and small. The next day when I told the establishment about it, they said you should’ve called us. I don’t know how much they could’ve done but they just shrugged it off. I told him I would be going there at least once a month, but not using their facility and the only thing they could say was “ ok”
Bojo, when I got there, I went up the driveway that was very iced up and was very nervous. Although I managed to get up the driveway only to find out that was the driveway they didn’t want you to use. I have to say the husband was very helpful in getting my car and taking it to a safe place. But that’s when all the goodness ended.
