Mold in room 231

Upon arriving I noticed what I assumed to be scuff marks on the ceiling above the shower. As the days passed I noticed ( I have photos and video) the ‘scuff’ marks seemed to be expanding. Housekeeping came in but either didn’t notice or just didn’t bother to do anything about it. I knew I was leaving soon so I mentioned it to the woman who works the front desk during the day and I told her it was mold and I should get a partial refund ( my eyes were irritated inexplicably and by deduction it had to be from the mold.I was told management would get back to me but they haven’t even made the effort. I do have videos and photos documenting what I’m talking about. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t help at all.
