The heater was extremely loud and took away to warm up. There was little to no hot water. We tried to take a shower, there was about a minute of hot water. We tried around 8pm and again at 6:30 am, no more than a minute worth of hot water. The room itself was clean.

The shower leaked and had water all over the bathroom floor, stagfed didnt even know they had pull out couch so they had no extra linens in the room, once asked for they said they didnt have pillows. Bed linens had holes in them and the hotel smelled of smoke!

Sheets were clean, I could smell the laundry soap. Quick easy check in. Close to the Champions Center. Perfect place to sleep and shower before the horse show. We’ve stayed before and will again.
