Welcome to Hidden Springs, your charming desert hideaway set in the picturesque surroundings of Desert Hot Springs, California. Merely a quick 15-minute drive from the lively Palm Springs, our unique oasis presents an ideal mix of luxury, relaxation, and fun for you and your companions.

POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.
Pool cleaning: Tuesday/Friday

PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet`s stay and $25 for each following pet.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.

Riverside County Ordinance for Short- Term Rentals:
Music cell phone only before 10 pm. No outdoor music after 10pm It cannot be audible at the property line or front of the house.
After 10 pm quiet hours: Please ensure zero music outside and human noise to a respectful level of quiet hours.

Occupancy of max 10 overnight and additional 5 people in the daytime.
Breaking any of the city rules will result in code enforcement fines payable fully by guest and potential evictions.

If the person that booked the reservation cannot attend to their phone in case of an issue, please provide an alternative number, if we have to dispatch emergency contact, there will be $50 during the day and $100 after 10pm charge to the guest.
Please do know we do not micromanage and want you and your group/family have an amazing time and give you full privacy but these have to be observed

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.
