Parking lot was nice. Never really needed to search or loop around multiple times for a parking spot. Dining area was spacious and opens out to the backyard, showing Lake Superior. Breakfast was great and they have a 24/7 coffee machine. The rooms were spacious and ours had a walk in shower. Great place to stay!

We had a double queen Lakeview room and it was amazing. Spacious and clean. To our surprise the couch pulls out into a bed as well! There are Nespressos in the rooms, fridge and microwave. My kids loved the pool. Breakfast was great. The landscape and decor around the hotel was beautiful. 20 steps to Lake Superior and parking lot was spacious. Walkable to tons of shopping and dining. Def recommend and will stay again!

Our room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We slept great! We loved our lake view suite with perfect views of the water. Breakfast had a variety of options and we appreciated the in-room Nespresso option to start our morning off before venturing out of the room. The parking was convenient. We will stay again!

It’s a beautiful spot, however, in my son and his family’s room there was food in the fridge and a cup full of cigarette butts on their patio. In my room, there was black hair in the tub drain. Also, my son asked for a crib for their room and they got a pack and play that had dried milk or vomit on it. So cleanliness was not five star for sure. The staff, however, was very nice.

Hotel is great. Stunning views. Breakfast buffet is top notch. So many options! Love the Nesspresso in the room, but does take away from the eco-friendly aspect. Staff are very good. Love that the employee lounge has a lake view. Beds are extremely uncomfortable.
