As a guest here you will have full access to the entire condo. You will be assigned one free parking space, so you can park close to the condo and explore downtown on foot. Additional cars can also park paying by hour or by day. You will be given a unique key code to access the smart lock on the front door. You can use all of the condo’s amenities, including the high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, pet accessories, and more. You can also use the hotel pool, sauna, exercise room, and hot tub. From here you’re just minutes from all of the food, shopping, art, and culture of Downtown Duluth!

This stylish downtown condo has two private bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds. Each bedroom has high-end linens, and locally inspired decor. Both feature a bright accent wall, exposed brick, high ceilings, hardwood floors, cable tv, a spacious storage closet, and windows that allow plenty of natural light in.

The condo has two spacious full bathrooms, both of which have recently been updated with new floors and fixtures. One bathroom features a shower and tub combination, while the other offers a walk-in shower. There is plenty of counter space, and fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
The classic kitchen has modern appliances, spacious cabinets, and drawers stocked with new utensils, pots, pans, and cookware. It also has a coffee maker, slow cooker, plenty of kitchen gadgets, and large food and water bowls for the four-legged travelers in your group.

The open-concept living room has a cozy fireplace and a large flat-screen TV with cable. This comfortable hang-out spot is complete with two chairs and a sofa that pulls out into a bed. Some dog toys are stored in the black ottoman, and a small hot tub is in the corner.

While this condo doesn’t have any private outdoor space, it is located close to local parks, outdoor recreation areas, and Duluth’s vibrant downtown district. Just step outside to enjoy the fresh air and have direct access to great local restaurants, breathtaking views of the lake, and lovely walking areas along Lake Superior. There is a great dog-friendly brewery within a 5-minute walk from the condo, so you don’t need to leave your pet behind!
