For starters, the first night we found out that the bath tub doesn't hold water. The shower temperature was speratic, and the TV was static for what felt like every few seconds. The elevator stopped abruptly and felt unsafe, the walls are paper thin, and the beds we like sleeping on spring loaded cardboard. The restaurant is under staffed and the food was not good, we tried both dinner and breakfast, the spaghetti tasted like stofers frozen tv dinner and the buskits for the buskits and gravy were crunchy like ritz crackers. The second night we went to go check out the pool and hot tub area, found out the hot tub was out of order and the sauna was tiny, also that night the electricity went out in half of our room and we couldn't charge our phones. Because of this we came home a day early from out vacation and will not be satying here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The property and rooms were clean, and basic service was available when needed, though it wasn't proactively offered. One downside was the Harbor 360 restaurant — it was disappointing due to being understaffed and the staff that were present came across as unfriendly. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking available, and the location is great — within walking distance to local stores and the lake, which was very convenient.

Definitely on the older side. Our room and bathroom were not necessarily dirty, but didn't look the cleanest, probably due to age. Staff were friendly, and recommended a couple of good places to ear in Duluth. The Radisson probably wouldn't be my first choice when we come back, but it wasn't a place I would never stay at again

Nice hotel with a comfortable bed!

We loved our stay, check in was fast and easy, but was never given any kind of a receipt. The hotel is in a perfect location and had ample parking. The room was ok, the bed was wonderfully comfortable as well as the bedding. And the black out curtains worked great. The air conditioning worked very well. I opened a drawer to put some things in it but changed my mind when I saw how dirty it was. We really liked the on sight restaurant, however when I got home I looked at my Visa account and found out we were charged twice for our dinner that Friday night. I have tried and tried calling but cannot reach anyone to help fix this problem.

The ac was super noisy sounded like a jet engine no mirrors outside of bathroom close to an outlet making it hard for multiple people get ready at one time, on site restaurant very expensive for the quality of food. The remote for the tv did not work
