Great place for families!

We had a lovely stay - a great place for families. Grandkids always enjoy the pool and waterside. Breakfast better some days than others. Friendly staff. Our 4th time staying at this hotel!

I was not impressed with being a room at the opposite end of the hotel from the main entrance and not being able to get into the hospital at that end other than banquet rooms doors until 9:00 PM. My cards had to be reset within an hour of checkin as mine didn't work. Staff seemed very inexperienced on Friday. When I went to get my card reset the second time (it was in a legging pocket all by itself) the lady in front of me had experienced needing more than 3 towels as they are a family of 5 and was told they would get her more in the morning and was not offered to find some more to send up until after she asked for the managers card. THEY couldn't seem to answer many of the questions. After I walked away and was standing waiting for the elevator I heard them complaining about such needy customers. I had a great experience in the breakfast room. The food was great a happy friendly helpful staff

The hotel was nothing to write home about. It was a normal stay the only complaints I have are when I booked the room for 6 people, I expected the sofa to at least be a pull out but it wasn’t so 1 person slept on the floor. Also the fact there were only 4 towels for the stay and when I asked for more I had to give back dirty ones and did not get any extras for the amount of people in the room.

Found hair all over our queen beds and pull out bed was covered in dog hair. Kids wanted youtube, no connection. Kitchenette sink clogging and backing up. Complained to staff and they did not seem to care. Front desk lady said we booked a pet suit, i told her we have no pets we just picked a rm that sleeps 6 and even if its a pet suit it should be clean. You get what you pay for. Will not stay here again.
