Everything was as expected except our room did not have heat in a deluxe room. They had to bring us a space heater but it dropped to the 40s/50s at night since we couldn't run the space heater all night.

Couldn’t close the curtains only a sheer cover closed and it was on a ground floor. It was noisy due to other people arguing during the night. It was a great location and they offered a shuttle to the airport!! The restaurant was great.

"Room we booked was unavailable. Made the hotel decision based upon King rooms. Receied a double queen instead. No apologies or amendments. Tub was chipping horribly. Musty smell. Wallpaper chipping and peeling. Plastic alarms and devices looked old and tired. Shower took forever to heat. No sound proofing. And very loud service maintenance and drilling happening early in the morning without notice from staff upon checkin."
