The hotel is very clean, updated. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Its a few mins walk from Niagara falls. I would recommend anyone to stay here. And as a bonus, we got a fireworks display!!

An excellent stay

Stunning views from the spacious and clean room. Full breakfast buffet for $15/person and the hotel was located extremely close to the falls (less than 10 minute walk through the park). They also offer a gym and coin operated selfserve laundry 24/7. The hotel additionally is full of historic pictures of Niagara Falls and the City of Niagara.

The hotel advertised that it has soundproof rooms. This is absolutely not the case. I asked to be put in a quiet area, however I could hear doors slamming and crying babies until 1 in the morning. When I spoke to the staff, they said there was nothing they could do.

Hotel, was very clean , Especially liked, that there was no carpet in the Room.Mike at the check in desk was Very Friendly, Fast, and Efficient.I Would definitely stay here again. The Gym was small. But not crowded. However there is no pool at this Hotel. Food is available, at a reasonable price.

The room (721) was updated, clean, spacious and beautiful. I am sad I was only staying one night to enjoy it. It was close enough to the falls to walk too. The whole staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was very nice. Ordered food from the restaurant downstairs- limited options and a bit pricey but was good. I liked how they had a parking lot, $15 fee but I parked there the following day as well with no issues. Would stay again!
