Consisting of 2 floors, with exposed beams that give it a warm and welcoming appearance, the furnishings are refined and comfortable with 2 reserved outdoor parking spaces. It consists of a communicating living / dining area on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one single. With a small garden on the front and back, on the upper floor there is a large terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Arno valley from Pisa to Pontedera.
Electricity, gas and water costs are included in the rate. The apartment is equipped with 3 flat-screen TVs, independent heating, air conditioning, sheets, blankets, towels, washing machine, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, iron.
